Filthiest men's room I've ever seen. And what's wrong with a few card players?

The people at Second Street are the best! I'm one of those guys who drinks too much and talks tough but can't back it up. I've been given a running start several times so that I can avoid an asswhooping after pretending I'm a badass. Thank you Peotone!

Hey! It's rainy and I aint too brainy. Come uptown tonight and have an Old Style. I lowered the price on the Torino to $2250.00! A steal!

This bar is tired. Nothing decent on tap. Bartenders have NO Clue how to make a drink. No good looking men or women in this pit. CCRRAAPP!!!

I'm a volunteer fireman. I stopped in for a beer after a mutual aid call to Peotone for a barn fire. After watching the barn burn down and squirting some water to make it look good..er..I mean after we controlled the blaze and established the fire was under control we went to Second Street to slake our thirst. This place still sucks. Nobody recognized me for the hero that I am. Well the joke's on them. I went to High School in Peotone. I'll bet those yokels would be shocked to know that a guy who pulled C's, D's & F's in most of his classes and barely graduated is now an EMT and will be the guy they first see when they call an ambulance. Peotone deserves me!

$2500 bucks will land you this fine vintage auto. 2-door 1975 Ford Torino. Blue with white top (assorted rust and Bondo patches.)8-track player with tapes included (Journey, Reo Speedwagon, Nazareth, etc.) Custom purple feathered roach clip is attached to the review mirror (very cool!) I will throw in a case of 10-30 motor oil (buyer will need it but one month after sale buyer will have to buy his own oil!) OK tires (2 generals, 1 uniroyal, and 1 firestone) Great car! Some damage to oil pan and bottom of front bumper thanks to those darn speed bumps in front of the Junior High School. (Hey it used to be the High School until they built a new one so shut up!)Radio has Old Style bottle tops for buttons (How great is that!) The car can be seen in front of Second Street every afternoon and on weekends. I'll be in the bar enjoying my favorite beverage OLD STYLE BEER!

Go CUBBIES! I like the White Sox better but they ain't in a championship series. Thank you Cubs for helping me get permission from my old lady to go have a few Old Styles down at Second Street on a Tuesday night. Where's the Solita kid? He better bring his camera.
Posted by Anonymous 2003-10-07 00:00:00

I seen a kid from Peotone makes movies about Peotone. I saw some of them on the net. They suck but that was 1999. The Solita kid should be 21 by now and hopefully learned how to use his camera. Anybody who knows this kid send him to Second Street. I want him to make a documentary called "Old Style and Me." I'll buy the kid and his buddy(s) a pitcher of Old Style. WARNING...any of you young punks give me any lip and I'll chop you in the neck...so show respect!

Are you ready for some football? Meet me at Peotone High School tonight for the game as the Blue Devils womp on the yellowhammers. I've got a case of Old Style to drink in the parking lot before the game. After the game I'm gellin up my mullet and heading to Second Street. The Old Style is on me! Stay away from that crappy Miller Lite!

This place has a horseshoe shaped bar so that you can stare at the other lonely alcoholics across from you instead of bottles of booze and dirty mirrors. When I was there it was just me, the bartender, and some guy with a mullet who kept buying me Old Styles. Thanks Dude!

It's Friday night and time to party! Anybody want to meet me down at Second Street for an Old Style? Anybody...anybody...anybody....hello...
Posted by Anonymous 2003-07-25 00:00:00

Hey dude! You are way off! I never had a Trans Am. I had a 1970 Dodge Dart. It served me well...until I smashed the oil pan going over the speed bumps in front of the high school. Oh well, you live and learn. I was only 23 then. C'mon down to Second Street and I'll by you an Old Style!

Cheap beer. This place was the place for older guys to pick up underage girls in the mid to late 80's. It was the same in the 90's. Now the girls we picked up in the 80's are fat. My mullet is still rockin. Hey class of 2001, stop by and share an Old Style with me!

I hate Peotone. This bar is a great place to take a nap. Remember the losers that were 23 and dated high school girls? This is their bar! The rusty Trans Ams are parked in front of the bar.

I to have been to the place you humanoids call deuce street, the bar rocks galactoids, however the local card players are a bunch of zagnuts!
