The type of bar that is basically open 24 hours a day as long as the bartender is not passed out. Topper's Pub has a main bar inside with TVs, dart boards and card tables including a black jack table with a 6 deck shoe. The juke box has 4000 songs to choose from (literally) and after the shots start flowing a dance off has been known to break out from time to time. The tiki bar outside has the same type of atmosphere with draft available out there also and plenty of tunes. Horseshoes and washers are 2 popular games that are played outside. The tiki bar is covered and seats 12.
The only food at Topper's are stale pretzels and even more stale party mix so don't show up hungry - just thirsty.
