4 dollars = 4 oz Maker's Mark + 8 oz. beer back (your choice, but has to be on tap). Toothless war vets, riot grrrls, cute bartenders, college kids, single moms looking for round two, video poker zombies, sports television, suckers shooting pool and willing to play for beer/$20. No sales tax.
