Lipstiks in Council Bluffs, Iowa is the eptimy of what is hillbilly, lowlife, and stereotyped, mind gaming at the lowest inteligent and social standards. This club is NOT topless, and average bikini/country erotic is the norm. The semi-female staff incorporate overweight, mentally unbalanced, lesbian man hating servers/bar help, and a majority of the employess have non-social and customer oriented skills. The atmosphere is usually drull, with unsanitary conditions; including the air/ventalation system. The decore passes by as average/standard, while the music/audio and play list is good.
Dancer quality usually consists mainly of criminal, ex-criminal, drug addicted, and average looking scurges/fringes of society females, in an extremely unsatisfying low blue collar enviornment. Management/ownership rarely accomodates the day-to-day customer with any interaction, and only makes personal appeances in-club to feed personal alcholism related needs and issues. On a ten star rating, Lipstiks get barely 1 and a half stars.
