Bar is often out of tap beer, bottle beer is often warm. Owner is sometimes on site but NEVER says hello. Bartenders are inattentive and sometimes moody. Air conditioner is seldom used in warm weather. After 10:00PM cigarette smoking is allowed. Poor selection of liquor, many staples missing. Often uses knock off brands to save money. Food is usually good.
