O'Charley's in Turkey Creek on Parkside drive is one of the most laid-back lounges in Knoxville. If You are looking for a place to chill and relax after work check it out. Be sure to ask for Susan as the bartender; or Lindsey or Harrison as a server. I've been in O'Charley's many, many times; these people care about the service we as guests receive.
