In the Basement of the Washington Hilton on 16th Street between K and L, 4-5 blocks from the White House. Friendly crowd. Hal Koster, part owner is a Vietnam War Veteran, so there are always service members in the bar where everyone makes them feel comfortable. They give Friday night dinners for the wounded service men and women from Walter Reed and Bethesda Naval Medical.
