Kelly's Logan House (a.k.a. LoHo) is my favorite bar in DE. I'm from here and Logan House never gets old to me. Great hip/hop music downstairs and great alternative/rock bands upstairs so there's something for everyone. It gets really crowded on the weekends so go early if you want to have some breathing room for a while.
