The UpperDeck is a bar in Fredericton, New Brunswick. The bar itself is ok, but the Workers are something to avoid. They have a happy hour, but it is when the bar is not busy, and when it is busy, they charge $4 a beer. The line up is slow, and the bar is too small for what they want it to be. Not a great atmosphere...
