I checked out North 45's happy hour last Friday and I have to say that I was pretty impressed. They had a good selection of happy hour menu items - I highly recommend the mussels. They had an eclectic cocktail and beer list. I went out on a limb and tried the white cosmo and was pleasantly surprised. Love that it's non-smoking! Will definitely be back.
