Located right up the hill from the racetrack and basically on "bar row" in Peoria, Mooney's has a lot of competition. While being in an area that are mainly "college bars" Mooney's brings the older crowd looking to relax and have a good time. Cool set up to the bar which is right in the middle of the building and shaped like a horseshoe. Nice place to go in Peoria if your looking to chill, but not if your looking to hook up.
