In 2003 I spent roughly six weeks total in Guam in a series of sporadic port visits. I found several good bars but the hands down favorite of the Navy Officer community was the cigar/martini bar called Mack and Marti's located on the south end of Tumon Bay. Think beautiful barteneders with personality, regular live music, and a walk in humidor. Great deck to hang out and relax on.
