Victory is a complete piece of trash. It is located next to nothing on the West side of the great city of Wichita. The prices are too hight and the food is horrible. They regularly ask for at least $7 for a 60 oz. pitcher of standard domestic crap. The bar area is tiny and the service is slow at best. If you ever come to Wichita, and you'd better have a good reason if you do, don't go to Victory. Try Old Town, Wichita's bar district, which is slightly better than Victory.
