Billed as "Your living room downtown",The 'Wood attracts patrons from all walks of life, anchored by local college students and a group of hearty locals. The most relaxing bar I've ever been to, yet it is THE place to be for Fat Tuesday, Halloween, etc. The benefits of being a Deadwood patron are too numerous to list. If you need to kill time in Iowa City, go to The Deadwood.
