Roxy's has a great location right on the riverfront. It's a two story bar with a casual bar downstairs when you come in and a mini-dance club upstairs. The building's a little tight on the inside, but that's because it's usually pretty packed. Looking for a hottie in Peoria, this might be the place to try.
