| While I can say I've never tried an Undercurrent with pineapple juice, these drinks are delish! My favorite way to have the drink presented to me is in a chilled martini glass with a cherry sitting to the side. |

| Apparently this isn't a really well known cocktail down here in the South. When I went out for drinks with a friend from Baltimore, he ordered an Undercurrent and let me have a sip. It was awesome! I'll have to remember this recipe so next time I go and the bartender says "what's in it?" I will know. |
