| An alternate way: add the vermouth to the shaker, swirl around, and discard (makes it extra dry). Then, press two or three olives against the inside of the shaker so that you get the concentrated juice of the olive for your martini. Add the gin, ice, and shake vigorously for a couple of seconds. Strain and enjoy with olives. |
