Put some ice into the cocktail shaker along with 30 ml baileys, 15 ml cointreau, 60 ml cream. Shake!!!! Strain into your glass and then pour straight through the center 15 ml of Parfait Armour. It is important that this is poured thru the center as it sits on the bottom of the glass hence 'Purple Drop' Decorate with grated chocolate and the strawberry on the side of the glass.....enjoy!!!!!
