Mix Vodka & Kahlua in a glass. Chill in the fridge until cold. Put whipped cream on top, then sprinkle the green creme de menthe on top of that. Serve. If you don't have Green creme de menthe, use white creme de menthe. Then it is called a Nuclear Winter.
