Place ingredients into a snifter, light liquid in the glass on fire, don't let burn to long or else the glass will get hot, have the 'shooter' cover the glass with his hand (to extinguish the flame) then he does the shot and immediately covers the glass again, then, with a straw he sucks out the air and holds for as along as possible, thereby creating the name , 'backdraft'. |
