Take a CLEAN paint can and fill it full with ice. (You can buy a paint can that has never been used at your local Wal-Mart.) Fill the paint can 3/4ths of the way with Vodka. Then put in your favorite frozen concentrate and then fill to the top with 7-up. Pound the lid in the paint can and Shake, Shake, Shake until you can't feel your hands anymore.
