Cocktail Recipe: Pisco Sour Add to My Drinks
2 - Egg (whites)
3 - Lemon(s) (Peruvian)
10 gram(s) Sugar
10 cube(s) Ice (little cubes)
2-3 oz Peruvian Pisco
3-4 drop(s) Angostura Bitters

In blender mix the albumin (egg whites) and lemons juice. Add sugar, ice cubes and pisco. Mix again. Pour into a cocktail glass with Angostura bitters (drops) or cinnamon (dust).
