30 ml Butterscotch Schnapps
15 ml Bailey's Irish Cream
15 ml Sambuca (black)
100 ml Milk
2-3 squirt(s) Chocolate Syrup

Chill glass, then combine ingredients in blender and blend with ice. Lace glass with chocolate sauce. Pour drink and enjoy....
