Cocktail Recipe: Turkish Tiger Add to My Drinks
1 oz Vodka
1/2 oz Condensed Milk
1 dash(es) Cinnamon

Mix milk and vodka together. Serve chilled with a sprinkle of cinnamon on top. Heavenly!!!
