Cocktail Recipe: Manda's Mango Madness Add to My Drinks
1 - Mango
12 oz Mango Puree
6 oz Peach Puree
3 oz Cream of Coconut
10 oz Bacardi Silver (or comparable) Rum
20 oz Ice

Peel and uncore fresh, ripe mango. Add all the ingredients in a smooth ice-crushing blender. Blend on highest power until smooth. Pour into collins glasses. Garnish with mango wedge. Makes 5 servings.
