Cocktail Recipe: Jaysene's Breasts Add to My Drinks
3/4 oz Vodka
1/2 oz Kahlua
1/2 oz Vanilla Schnapps
1/2 oz Creme de Menthe (clear)
1 oz Irish Cream
1 oz Light Cream

Combine in shaker, adding the cream last. Shake and serve over ice in a tall Collins glass.
