2 oz Absolut Citron Vodka
3/4 oz Blue Curacao
1 splash(es) Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice

Chill martini glass, fill shaker with ice, add ingredients, shake the hell out of it, strain, and serve garnish with a lemon twist.
