In a shaker, add the ananas juice first, then add the amaretto. Add the Bailey's and the 2 shots of grenadine. When you have finished adding the ingredients, add ONLY one ice cube. Shake it a LITTLE BIT, only to crush the ice cube. Don't shake it too much because it will become foamy. Pour it in a parfait glass and ENJOY! (Invented by Maggy Duford from Quebec)
