| 1 1/4 oz |
Castillo Spiced Rum |
| 1/2 oz |
Creme de Banane |
| 1 oz |
Pressed apple juice |
Pour ingredients into Boston shaker, lots of ice, shake until frost appears on the outside of the shaker. Double strain using Hawthorne and tea strainers into a frozen cocktail glass. Garnish: this is a tricky on but very effective. Cut an apple in half along it's equator i.e. not stalk to stalk, then cut a star shape into it and slice thinly, then let it flaot on the surface of the drink. |
