Cocktail Recipe: Jamaican Half Moon Add to My Drinks
1 1/4 oz Castillo Spiced Rum
1/2 oz Creme de Banane
1 oz Pressed apple juice

Pour ingredients into Boston shaker, lots of ice, shake until frost appears on the outside of the shaker. Double strain using Hawthorne and tea strainers into a frozen cocktail glass. Garnish: this is a tricky on but very effective. Cut an apple in half along it's equator i.e. not stalk to stalk, then cut a star shape into it and slice thinly, then let it flaot on the surface of the drink.
