Mix liquids together in large pitcher or athletic water cooler. Have plenty of ice on hand because it has to be served over ice. Put a handful of Red Hots in the glass or mason jar, fill the glass with ice, and pour the cherry Kool-Aid mix over the ice and Red Hots.
