Fill a cup half way with orange juice. Add grenadine until the color turns from orange into a coralish pink. Add vodka to taste. Add about 2-3 splashes of sweetened lime juice and squeeze in one full lemon wedge. Stir between each step. Serve cold with ice, or, even better if served with a plastic tube ice pop (the kind you buy as liquid, and then freeze). Garnish with maraschino cherries and a slice of orange.
