1/2 shot(s) Creme de Cacao
1/2 shot(s) Banana Liquer
1/2 shot(s) Kahlua
1 Other Milk

On the rocks or frozen, add the parrot bay, creme de Caoco and banana liquer then fill with milk, shake (or blend) then top off with ring of kahula on top.
