Cocktail Recipe: Coco Rumba Add to My Drinks
1/2 oz Brandy
1/2 oz Creme de Cacao (dark)
1/2 oz Coconut Rum
1/2 oz Clear Rum
1 pint(s) Vanilla Ice Cream
1 dash(es) Ground Nut Meg

In a blender with a cup of ice, mix in Brandy, Creme de Cacao, Coconut Rum, Clear Rum, and mix until quite frozen. While the blender is running, add ice cream. If done correctly, it will look just like frozen custard. Pour into parfait glass and dash on nut meg. Great after a large meal...it's a dessert in itself!
