Cocktail Recipe: Spanish Coffe Portland Style Add to My Drinks
1.5 oz Bacardi 151 Rum
1/4 oz Kahlua
1/4 oz Triple Sec
5 oz Strong Hot Coffee
2 dash(es) Nutmeg
2 dash(es) Cinnamon
2 dash(es) Sugar
1 Other Whipped Cream

Start By rimming the glass (preferably a wide mouthed low red wine)with an orange and then coating with plane or raw sugar. Add Bacardi 151 and swirl around the glass. Light the 151(carefully). Allow to burn while lightly swirling the glass. Next sprinkle nutmeg and cinnamon (OOOO look sparkles) then add Kahlua and triple sec while it is still burning. Then add coffee quickly to nearly the top to extinguish. Add whipped cream and sprinkle with nutmeg. Enjoy. At a restaurant this is best prepared table side Good Tips.
