Cocktail Recipe: Brain Tumor Add to My Drinks
3/4 glass(es) Vodka (100 proof)
1/4 glass(es) Cherry Juice
3 drop(s) Bailey's Irish Cream

In a double shot glass, fill it 3/4 with 100 proof vodka, then fill the rest with cherry juice and then put 3 drops of bailey's on top. The bailey's will float and look like a piece of brain floating in blood.
