Put vodka and concentrate into blender and blend until smooth. Add ice and blend until slushy. Scoop out the insides of the lemon and add to the concoction. Blend thoroughly. Salt or sugar rim the margarita glass (sugar is better). Pour concoction into margarita glass and garnish with twisted lemon peel. Enjoy!
