Pour into glass 1 part Tia Maria then using an upturned spoon float a layer of Bailey's on the top followed by a layer of Cointreau. Light the Cointreau with a blowtorch and drink the whole lot in one using a straw pushed right to the botton of the glass then quickly turn the straw around and suck the air through it for a final kick!
