Maraschino Cherry |
Fill shaker with ice. Add bitters and juice of the whole lemon. If you roll the lemon (before cutting) on your counter top with some pressure it releases more juice. Add Amaretto. Shake till cold. Pour into chilled cocktail glass and garnish with Cherry. Note: use more or less Amaretto, to taste. Fresh, tart, sweet, and full of vitamin C!
