Combine Vodka, Cranberry Juice, and ice in a blender together. Blend until smooth. Pour into the glass and pour the Curacao through the ice so a bit floats on top but the rest sinks to the bottom. As the ice melts at the top of the glass the Curacao will blend with the drink turning it from a nice distinct blue/red layer to an all indigo purple.
