Fill the glass with ice, add Bacardi Coco Rum, followed by Kahlua then the cream. This drink's name comes from the fact that Bacardi rum is a Puerto Rican rum and the recipe is the same as a White Russian except coconut rum is used in place of the vodka. Hence the name, White Puerto Rican.
