Cocktail Recipe: Causeway Bay Add to My Drinks
3/4 oz Gin
3/4 oz Cointreau
3/4 oz Benedictine
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Pineapple Juice
1 - 2 oz Sprite

Build and shake all but sprite. Pour over ice, and top with sprite. Garnish with a pineapple and cherry.
