This drink is just a variation of a White Russian made using Cinnamon vodka instead of regular vodka. Pour the vodka and liqueur over ice and float enough cream to fill the rest of the glass. If you don't have cinnamon vodka, you can make it by putting a stick of cinnamon in a vodka bottle and letting it sit for a couple of days.
