This I do admit was one of the better recipes that I came up with and I knew it must have been when saw one of the bartenders giving the other bartenders their straw samples of it. The Grey Goose La Poire is grey goose's pear vodka which has an epicurean taste of provencial pears in it and the butterscotch gave it the caramel taste to it. This was served in a rocks glass but I wouldn't have minded it in a highball glass.
