St. Germaine Elderflower Liqueur |
| 2 oz |
Sub Rosa Tarragon Vodka |
| 2 oz |
Soda Water |
| 1 splash(es) |
Lemon Juice |
Add a few large cubes of ice into a short cocktail glass. Add the Tarragon vodka, the Elderflower liqueur and a splash or two of lemon. Add soda water. Be careful, the Elderflower is quite floral and sweet. It can overpower the Tarragon vodka if you add too much. The soda balances it all out. Sub Rosa Spirits is a small Oregon distillery. You can get it on the West Coast. This is a great summer drink. The meadow lark is Oregon's state bird.
