Sub Rosa Tarragon Vodka |

Ginger Syrup |

Soda Water |
Into a mixing tin half full of cubed ice - add Tarragon vodka, your house made ginger simple syrup and the lemon juice and stir. Let sit for just a moment to really chill. Shake if you must. Then throw in a few splashes of soda, serve through a bar strainer into a cocktail glass. You'll figure out how to balance the ginger syrup, the 90 proof Tarragon vodka and the soda water.
