Chill Martini glass. Combine Gin, Pineapple Juice, and Cointreau over ice in shaker. Shake well to combine and dilute. Pour mixture into Martini glass. Tilt glass to layer grenadine on the bottom. Garnish with free-floating cherry or orange twist. Substitute pomengranate juice for grenadine if available.
