Pour liqueurs into a shot glass and top with whipped cream. Have an individual place their hands behind their back, then; pick-up the filled shot glass with their mouth, tilt head back, and drink.

the second way I have had the shot, is u get a guy(preferably hot) and have him put the shot between his legs...then you reach down with your mouth and grab the shot from between his legs and shoot it..hence the name :D
