The Cold River Vodka is an exceptional vodka thats distilled in Maine and as far as potato vodkas go its close to Chopin and Monopolowa. You can substitute the monopolowa if you can't find the cold river where you live. The ratio of the half and half is something that everybody will be different on but I found if you pour it in at the same time you do the pucker it disperses it evenly throughout the drink.
