Only thing could have changed about this drink is the flavoring of the half and half. Bartender after served this one said that the tiramisu flavoring is a close second to use on this drink next to the pumpkin flavored one they had in stock. The eggnog if you add it before the stoli doesn't make it quite as bad as when you add it betwixt the non alcoholic ingredients.
