This is infact a series of shots and not a mixed shot. The Pucker is to prime her, the Vodka is to get her warmed up, and the Tequilla is to push her over the edge. It doesn't matter what flavor of Pucker or Vodka it is up to the person drinking. All three shots should be slammed back to back.
